Pests stop feeding within a few minutes after ingestion. Lufenuron is a urea-substituted insecticide, which mainly inhibits the biosynthesis of chitin and prevents the formation of insect cuticles to kill insects. It has both stomach poison and contact killing effects on pests and has a good egg-killing effect. The two are compounded to control cabbage diamondback moth.
